The room was spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was to a large extent home made by ms Demestiha who was extremely polite and sincerely tried to make all her guests to feel at home. The view from our room was really nice.

The external appearance of the hotel building is extremely disappointing and should be renovated urgently. There was a serious problem with the sewage system of the hotel which resulted in an intense smell in the room throughout our stay.

The hotel is located in an area called "Paralia Mavrovouniou" a few km south of Gytheio and once there we followed the sign saying "εισοδοσ γ" to find it. We used the hotel as a base to explore central southern Peloponnese and we had no complaints. Non buffet breakfast was better than expected.

Literally on the beach (blue flag). Very nice restaurant at affordable prices with excellent food.

A good and full breakfast - staff were friendly and helpful. Close to beach and better placed than staying in Gythion.

Although the room was passable it could do with being revamped. Bathroom/shower room was of a poor standard with an open internal window - needs a much better finish. Other rooms had much better bathroom/shower facilities.

Beautiful location, spacious room, new and clean.

The walls are thin, neighbours disturb.

Friendly staff. Attached restaurant provided excellent local dishes at good prices.

Actual hotel bore little resemblence to the photos in their pamphlet. It was rather run down and had few signs of maintenance or care.Bathroom facilities and hygene very poor and well below acceptable levels, even by low-priced Greek standards. Each morning was a novel experience in identifying the myriad of slimey worm-like creatures that had emerged from the shower plug overnight.

Warm family enviorment, Katerina the owner/manager is always there to help. Katerina speaks fluent English. She went to the town of Githion to fix my cell phone, allowed me to use hers so that I could contact my family,as I was alone. Great safe hotel for women staying alone. A 5 minute walk to the beach no cars. A buffet breakfast is offered;large variety , great choices from home-made jams fresh bread croissants,eggs ham, cheese etc.. and the best of all; Katerina waits for her guests to sit at the breakfast table,and then runs to squeeze fresh orange juice! Can't get better than that!
